2 Dangerous Drinks

We were at a friend’s the other week, and goofing off with some vodka drinks.  We came up with these two, appropriately dubbed “Dangerous Drink #1” and (can you guess it?)  “Dangerous Drink #2.”  So without further ado:

Dangerous Drink #1

  • 1/2 part Three Olives Rangtang Vodka
  • 1 part Stolichnaya Vodka
  • 1/2 part Izze sparkling clementine juice

Mix in a tall glass with ice.

Dangerous Drink #2

  • 1 part  Pinnacle whipped cream vodka
  • 1/2 part Stolichnaya Chocolate Raspberry Vodka
  • 1 part Stolichnaya Vodka
  • 1/2 part tonic

Again, mix in a tall glass with ice.

What makes these drinks so dangerous is that by some alchemical magic, they don’t taste like liquor at all.  Both are pretty much all alcohol, with just a teensy bit of mixer.  Which means, if you’re not careful, they could really put a hurtin’ on you.  Dangerous Drink #1 tastes a whole lot like Tang.  (Do they still make Tang?  We loved that as children.)  Dangerous Drink #2 tastes like dessert.  So enjoy the yum, but be careful.

The Best Mimosa

As we are not a fan of champagne or straight OJ…..

the best mimosa is made with prosecco and Izze sparkling clementine juice (2:1).
